Responsibilities of the Gas Supervisor:
- Overseeing a team of gas engineers to deliver works across social housing properties are all up to speed and in line with KPIs
- Ensuring the quality of your teams work
- Hold daily toolbox talks
- Managing absences, accidents and workloads
- Overseeing all working at height performed by your team
Key skills needed for a Gas Supervisor:
- Gas safe with ACS qualifications
- Experience in a skilled trade
- Knowledge of the principles and building codes of two or more trades
- Experience supervising a team of operatives
