Job Title: Occupational Hygienist
Location: Midlands
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits
A leading environmental and occupational health consultancy is seeking an Occupational Hygienist to join its growing team in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on a diverse portfolio of exposure monitoring, health risk assessments, and workplace compliance projects across a wide range of industries.
As an Occupational Hygienist, you will be responsible for undertaking workplace assessments, including dust, fume, noise, and chemical exposure monitoring, while providing high-quality technical reports and advice to clients. You will play a key role in supporting organisations to meet regulatory requirements and maintain safe, healthy working environments.

Duties for the role of Occupational Hygienist include:
Conducting occupational hygiene surveys across varied sectors
Performing dust, fume, noise, and vibration exposure monitoring
Preparing risk assessments and detailed technical reports
Advising clients on control measures and regulatory compliance
Supporting junior staff and contributing to business development
Skills and experience required for the role of Occupational Hygienist:
At least 1-2 years' experience in occupational hygiene or workplace monitoring
BOHS modules completed or working towards (e.g. W501-W507)
Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Hygiene, or related subject
Strong technical and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client-facing ability
Full UK driving licence
