Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate care workers in Birmingham to support clients with complex needs like brain injuries, learning disabilities, and long-term conditions. You'll provide person-centred care in clients' homes and communities under the guidance of a case manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.

  • Support clients' independence and participation in activities.

  • Communicate with clients, families, and professionals.

  • Monitor health changes and maintain records.

  • Follow health and safety procedures, including using PPE.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in care or support.

  • Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).

  • Good communication skills and empathy.

  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Experience with brain injuries or complex needs.

  • UK driving licence and transport.
