We are looking for compassionate care workers in Birmingham to provide support to clients with complex needs such as brain injuries and learning disabilities.
The salary for this position ranges from £14.00 to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience in care or support and possess a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, supporting clients' independence, and monitoring health changes.
This is a permanent position with flexible hours available, either full-time or part-time.

Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate care workers in Birmingham to support clients with complex needs like brain injuries, learning disabilities, and long-term conditions. You'll provide person-centred care in clients' homes and communities under the guidance of a case manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
Support clients' independence and participation in activities.
Communicate with clients, families, and professionals.
Monitor health changes and maintain records.
Follow health and safety procedures, including using PPE.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 6 months' experience in care or support.
Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
Good communication skills and empathy.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

Experience with brain injuries or complex needs.
UK driving licence and transport.
