This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring excellent customer service, policy compliance, and operational accuracy within a collaborative and inclusive environment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process all aspects of the employee lifecycle including starters, leavers, changes to contracts, and parental/flexible leave requests
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system with accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage team inboxes, ensuring responsive, professional, and high-quality service
  • Generate basic HR reports and assist in managing data subject access requests (DSARs)
  • Provide administrative support across the People and Culture team including induction logistics, learning system maintenance, and training coordination
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HR and Learning & Development processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve employee queries and HR matters effectively
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience managing a busy HR or shared inbox and resolving diverse enquiries
  • Competent in preparing payroll-related data and reports using HR systems or similar platforms
  • Proficient in IT with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong organisational skills with an adaptable approach to changing priorities
  • Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service across varying situations
