We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our internal Recruitment team within Vistry Services at one of our Midlands regional offices. As our Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day administrative tasks and offering support to the wider Recruitment Team with their recruitment activity. Our Recruitment Coordinator is a pivotal member of the team, ensuring the highest level of accuracy on data reporting, all whilst contributing to the ever growing success of the internal Recruitment Team.

- Previous experience within a fast-paced administration role
- Highly IT literate and proficient with MS applications – Excel in particular
- Experience of using an ATS / CRM or similar software
- Ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide them with exceptional customer service
- A confident communicator across all channelsÂ
- Full UK Driving Licence – some travel will be required for team meetings

- Working with the wider business to assist them with updating the ATS and wider recruitment process
- Managing multiple central inboxes throughout your working day
- Assisting candidates with their application process
- Inputting and manipulating data from our ATS to multiple excel workbooks
- Managing data in pivot tables
- Updating and managing data in Power BI
- Running and providing data reports for the wider business
- Auditing vacancies on the ATS ensuring correct approvals, benefit alignments & the data is accurate and uniform
- Assisting the team with coordinating and scheduling interviews when required
- Assisting the wider team with their reporting on time to hire, direct recruitment stats and live vacancies amongst others
- Cleansing the ATS weekly to ensure compliance with GDPR
- Assist with bi-annual PSL reviews
- Liaise when required with agencies about specific vacancies/fee enquiries/TOB enquiries etc
- Managing the Purchase Order approval process for all Agency placements
- Supporting the Recruitment Team with administration in project work
- Coordinating the Recruitment Team's intranet for the wider business
- Supporting the Contingent Recruitment Partner with annual audits for Temp staffing
