Role
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR change programme relating to site closure, redundancies, and redeployment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of organisational change.
- Oversee consultation processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
- Develop and implement fair, transparent, and sensitive approaches to redeployment and outplacement support.
- Partner with senior leaders to maintain engagement, trust, and morale throughout the change journey.
- Support workforce planning and transition activities to enable future organisational sustainability.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and empathy. You will have:
- Proven experience in managing HR change programmes, including redundancies and redeployment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice in change management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, with resilience and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
