Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR function to support a growing and evolving workforce
- Partner with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, performance, and development
- Leading and providing advice on Employee Relations matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices
- Champion company values and promote a positive, inclusive culture
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR operations, and talent management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, change-oriented setting
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 or equivalent
