### About the Role:
This is a key position where you will spearhead recruitment initiatives, focusing on attracting prospective students from schools and colleges. You'll oversee a talented team, including Recruitment Coordinators and Event Assistants, ensuring a seamless student journey from awareness to enrolment.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the UK Recruitment team and drive the implementation of a robust UK recruitment strategy.
- Engage with Schools and Colleges: Develop and enhance relationships with educational institutions to boost recruitment efforts.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with faculties to craft tailored recruitment plans that align with university objectives.
- Event Management: Oversee on-campus activities such as open days, tours, and taster sessions, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide reports on recruitment activities, assessing the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

- Experience: Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within higher education.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team effectively and inspire them to meet targets.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at various levels.

### Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent qualification (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
