25,000 - 30,000 (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a global law firm who are looking to hire a HR Administrator (Dutch Speaking), to join their Global HR Operations team in Birmingham City Centre.

The Role: HR Administrator

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and issuing contracts of employments
  • Manage the on-boarding process
  • Process maternity, absence and holiday paperwork
  • Oversee the leavers process
  • Assist in smooth operations of new starter inductions

About You

This role is ideal for someone who speaks Dutch and is looking to gain valuable skills:

  • ESSENTIAL - MUST BE DUTCH SPEAKING
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills with the ability to manage systems and records.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working within a fast paced team
  • HR experience is beneficial but not necessary
