The HR Advisor will:
- Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations queries and support managers in handling cases.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels, promoting best practices.
- Ensure accurate monitoring and recording within the case management system.
- Provide guidance on family-friendly matters, such as maternity and flexible working.
- Produce necessary reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, ensuring legal compliance.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, policies, and documentation.
- Support key people strategy projects like staff surveys and compliance audits.
Package and Benefits:
The HR Advisor role includes:
- Annual salary of 35,000 - 40,000, pro-rata to c30k.
- Fixed-term contract until September 2025.
