  • Lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding for roles, ensuring new team members have a smooth start and all HR systems are accurately updated.
  • Keep HR operations running smoothly by managing employee records, timekeeping data, absences, and contract changes, while producing accurate HR reports.
  • Act as a trusted HR partner by supporting employee relations matters, including attendance and conduct reviews, and helping to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Coordinate training activities, ensure apprenticeship programmes are well-supported, and help employees grow through structured development plans.
  • Get involved in meaningful projects, support the roll-out of new HR initiatives, and provide day-to-day assistance to leadership to help drive business success.

  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Experience managing a busy and varied HR workload with attention to detail.
  • Coaching skills and the ability to support line managers confidently.
