Leadership & Talent Development
Design and deliver high-impact leadership development programs across all levels.
Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and create tailored growth plans.
Develop and lead succession planning, high-potential identification, and talent pipeline strategies.
Drive a performance and feedback culture through innovative development frameworks and coaching initiatives.
Support cultural transformation aligned to business strategy.
Business Partnering
Act as a trusted advisor to key business units, aligning people strategies with organisational goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent and OD initiatives.
Profile
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar OD / Talent-focused role
- Expertise in leadership development, succession planning, and organisational design
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience in fast-paced or transformational environments is a plus
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
