My client is a well-established college based in Longbridge who employ over 1000 staff. . They are now looking for an experienced People Development Officer to join their established People Operations team.

My client will also require an enhanced DBS check, which can be completed following your interview. They will also need someone with a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification.

As an experienced People Development Officer your duties will involve:

  • Co-ordinating training analysis and managing the mentoring scheme for newly appointed Managers.
  • Plan and oversee induction sessions for new members of staff.
  • Oversee Management development such as training programmes and work shadowing.
  • Carrying out regular audits and compiling reports from various data that's been gathered.
  • The People Development Officer will also co-ordinate the College CPD days.
  • Creating E-learning packages and implementing various learning methods such as mentoring and coaching.
  • You will also be responsible for overseeing the training budgets.
  • Leading on the TTF programme, whilst keeping abreast of all the latest training products and programmes.
