What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading audits for mid to large clients across varied sectors

  • Planning and overseeing engagements from start to finish

  • Being the go-to contact for clients and building strong, lasting relationships

  • Guiding and mentoring junior team members, providing day-to-day support and formal feedback

  • Collaborating with Partners to ensure quality delivery and effective communication

  • Getting involved in team development, new business opportunities, and broader firm initiatives

Who Were Looking For:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)

  • Confident running audits independently and managing deadlines

  • Excellent communicator and natural relationship-builder

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work

  • Proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects

  • A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to a positive team culture

  • Full UK driving licence required
