Job Summary

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior team.
  • Lead and develop a small team of executive assistants.
  • Manage the executive office and ensure efficient operations.

Main Duties

  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage the executive assistant team, ensuring ongoing training and professional development.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and relationships.
  • Organize events, presentations, and reports to support the senior leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate records and digital filing systems, ensuring data is up to date.
  • Handle general office duties, including procurement and supplies management.
  • Lead in the preparation of detailed documents such as reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience within cooperate sector - desired
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a busy environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and IT skills (especially with Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Leadership skills to manage a small team and foster professional growth.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships.
  • Able to be Enhanced DBS checked
