Salary: £35,000pa plus Benefits (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

My client is a pioneering research organisation at the forefront of innovation and technological advancement. Their dynamic team is driving forward ground-breaking initiatives across multiple sectors, with offices in both Birmingham and London.

An opportunity has arisen for a Executive Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in their operational excellence. The role is a hybrid mix of PA and Office Support so ideal for a candidate that loves variety. This position offers the opportunity to develop specialised expertise in a variety of areas including procurement, health and safety, or IT coordination while supporting the senior leadership.

As an Executive Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office locations while providing administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. This will include diary management, board packs and high level liaison. You will maintain office presence, coordinate visitors, manage supplies, and support high-level meetings and events. Your role will extend to diary management, travel arrangements, and expenses administration for senior leaders..

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience supporting senior executives in a PA capacity, managing diaries and travel arrangements, and working collaboratively across teams. In addition you will have had exposure to a varied operational environment.

Applicants must have PA experience in a similar role with supporting a leadership team as well as undertaking a varied support role.
