We are looking for a proactive, intuitive and hard-working individual for a fantastic Office Manager and PA opportunity for a close-knit company based in Birmingham City Centre.This company boast a rapidly growing and market leading environment. This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm, 3 days in office, 2 days Work from Home with some flexibility needed to travel to London and come to the office for meetings.We are looking for someone ideally in possession of existing office management or senior administration experience including experience of improving processes and systems. Working collaboratively,you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow within this role. You will be responsible for the following, amongst other ad hoc duties:

  • Day-to-day office management including stock control, client services, supplier liaison

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • PA support

  • Ensuring all processes and systems are improved

  • Ownership of HR and recruitment processes

  • Leading with procurement and supplier management

  • IT management for the office

  • Operating in a highly confidential nature in regard to all business support needs

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong working knowledge of a busy office environment, ideally with in a busy and close knit, professional environment. Prior experience of working within an unstructured environment is key alongside a proactive approach! You must be a forward thinker, diligent and have a calm approach to work.
