Robert Half are working with a rapidly expanding client on the recruitment of an experienced Insurance Complaints handler (Motor and/or Property)
This role is pure remote and will be for an initial period of 3 months
Required experience
- 3+ years experience of motor and/or property complaints
- Full 'end to end' complaints experience
- Good knowledge of the FCA handbook
- Experience of working within FCA regulated environment
- Experience in delivering quality customer outcomes
- Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
