Are you a Graduate Town Planner with around 6 months of professional experience, looking to take the next step in your planning career?

The Role:You'll be working closely with a team of experienced planners and project managers on a wide range of planning applications and development projects. This is a varied role that offers real responsibility from the outset, and the chance to build your skills within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications

  • Conducting site appraisals and policy research

  • Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients

  • Assisting with appeals and development assessments

  • Contributing to project planning and delivery across multiple sectors

About You:

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred)

  • Around 6 months of experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident using planning systems and digital tools

  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
