Senior or Principal Town Planner - Birmingham (with flexibility for Leeds/Manchester)

We are partnering with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior or Principal Town Planner for their thriving Birmingham office (with flexibility to work across Leeds or Manchester if preferred).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's top planning teams, offering exposure to a diverse project portfolio across residential, retail, education, and energy sectors. You'll work alongside highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, providing planning advice from early feasibility through to major application submissions and appeals.

We are looking for a RTPI-accredited Town Planner (or someone working towards accreditation) who has strong experience in either the private or public sectors. You should be confident managing multiple projects, commercially minded, and keen to grow your own client relationships.
