With a strong national presence and offices in the Midlands, this consultancy is known for securing planning permissions for a wide range of exciting and complex projects - from strategic land promotions to heritage-led redevelopments, across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.

You'll join a supportive and collaborative team where your expertise will directly influence development strategies and successful outcomes.

• Contribute to emerging policy consultations and local plan representations

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)

• MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership

• Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy

• Excellent communication and report writing skills
