Are you an experienced residential property professional looking for flexible work with a reputable firm? We are currently seeking Locum Residential Property Solicitors, Conveyancers and Fee Earners to support our clients and their busy property teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
  • Liaise with clients, agents and third parties providing regular updates and maintaining high client care standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with demonstrable residential conveyancing experience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with case management systems.
