Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to play a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic and specialist real estate teams. JOB REF: 9526• This is a multi-faceted and high-impact role where you’ll work closely with top housebuilders and a range of ambitious niche developers on major projects across England and Wales. • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include complex and large-scale land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers and development funding arrangements.• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising housebuilders or residential developers.• You’ll be collaborative, commercially astute, and genuinely passionate about land acquisition and residential development.• Previous experience of supervising / mentoring more junior members of a team would be advantageous.• Competitive remuneration package on offer.• To apply contact Rebecca Barry at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
