Our client is offering an engaging opportunity for a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor. What you'll do:

As a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor, you will;

  • Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients through appropriate supervision and training
  • Manage your own caseload from the outset
  • Strive to secure interim payments wherever possible to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before claim conclusion
  • Collaborate with the Partner on complex clinical negligence cases
  • Represent clients exclusively in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs
  • Handle a diverse range of cases including Cancer Claims, Cerebral Palsy, Fatal Claims and Inquest work, GP Negligence, Hospital Negligence, Pregnancy and Gynaecology Injury, Surgery claims

What you bring:

As a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor, you'll bring;

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Medical Negligence work
  • Clear enthusiasm for this area of law and commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Ability to work with empathy and integrity
  • Open-minded and pioneering approach towards improving processes
  • Highly organised with commercial awareness
