Our client is offering an engaging opportunity for a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor. What you'll do:
As a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor, you will;
- Deliver high-quality legal advice to clients through appropriate supervision and training
- Manage your own caseload from the outset
- Strive to secure interim payments wherever possible to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before claim conclusion
- Collaborate with the Partner on complex clinical negligence cases
- Represent clients exclusively in clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs
- Handle a diverse range of cases including Cancer Claims, Cerebral Palsy, Fatal Claims and Inquest work, GP Negligence, Hospital Negligence, Pregnancy and Gynaecology Injury, Surgery claims
What you bring:
As a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor, you'll bring;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Medical Negligence work
- Clear enthusiasm for this area of law and commitment to securing the best outcomes for clients
- Ability to work with empathy and integrity
- Open-minded and pioneering approach towards improving processes
- Highly organised with commercial awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
