A rapidly growing, leading and diverse regional based law firm are seeking experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegals to join their Conveyancing teams on a full time, permanent basis. Working alongside a team of experience solicitors, you will support and lead your own case load from initial enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 12 months Conveyancing Paralegal experience with managing a high volume of cases alongside strong written and communication skills. This role can be based at their Edgbaston, Stourbridge or Telford offices and is fully office based. Salary is dependent on experience.

Duties may include:

  • Manage matters from inception through to completion such as sale, purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered titles, unregistered titles, leasehold and freehold properties.
  • Deal proactively with a wide range of clients via email or phone
  • Obtaining simple indemnity policy quotes, request searches and review mortgage offers whilst reporting to client.
  • Drafting registered contracts including issuing and chasing contracts
  • Update relevant software such as TM Secure and SOS and maintaining compliance requirements in line with SRA

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong academic background (LLB or similar) ideally with your LPC/SQE (or similar) alongside at least 12 months of Conveyancing Paralegal experience. Candidates who do not have the Conveyancing Paralegal experience will not be considered for this role. You will ideally be based near their offices or be able to commit to commuting to their offices full time.
