Following a record-breaking financial year my client is looking to recruit a CoP Senior Associate for both their property and affairs team and their welfare team in Birmingham. Salary for the role is £75,000 DOE flexible working and 2 days on the office a week. About the Team:
  • Technology is at the forefront, for example all their client payments handled through dedicated systems.
  • No admin, Solicitors are fully supported by paralegals and admin teams allowing you to fully focus on your role and clients
  • Dedicated Professional Support Lawyer in place to handle complex research tasks
  • A constant stream of new high value work so no pressure to bring any clients with you (although you can if you want)
  • Chargeable hours are flexible depending on your strengths. if you are BD heavy or enjoy training then your chargeable hours will reflect that. Everyone in the department hit their chargeable hours last year
