Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for legal accounts? We are collaborating with a reputable law firm seeking a dedicated Legal Accounts Assistant to manage their financial operations with precision and compliance.

As the Legal Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for drafting and submitting Legal Aid bills, preparing high-cost case plans, handling public funding applications, and assisting fee earners with billing queries. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and manage monthly profit costs submissions, while adhering to health and safety policies.

Skills required:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing solicitor accounts and a solid understanding of accounting practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, document management, and familiar with case management systems such as ALB and Cost Master.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of handling billing and accounts queries professionally and sensitively.
