Salary: 44,000 - 48,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Architect to join a highly regarded UK architectural practice known for its design excellence across urban design, interiors, and masterplanning in Birmingham. With a strong and diverse portfolio spanning the residential, healthcare, and education sectors, the Birmingham studio is now looking to appoint an experienced and ambitious Senior Architect to lead the delivery of major healthcare schemes from concept through to completion. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
Drive concept design, planning applications, and detailed technical delivery
Provide strong design leadership, maintaining quality, compliance, and innovation
Undertake site inspections and coordinate delivery during the construction phase
Work closely with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative studio culture

Skills & Experience

ARB-registered Architect
Substantial post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
Proven ability to lead and deliver projects independently
Strong experience across all RIBA stages
High proficiency in Revit
Healthcare sector experience is highly advantageous
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Based within commuting distance of the Birmingham studio
