The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a dedicated team of c25, covering warehouse, pick, pack and despatch, your key task will be to review the current structure, its systems and processes, recommending and implementing a strategy for change that focuses on improving operational performance.

A hands-on Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch professional, with experience of supporting fast moving, customer focused manufacturing operations.
Track record of continuous improvement, introducing positive change, creating lean and customer focused operations.
