Location: Birmingham + travel to sites 1/2 times a week
Salary: 拢25,000 to 拢37,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Plant Coordinator to their team to work on a major project in Birmingham, upgrading light rail in the city.
聽
Your duties as a Plant Coordinator will include:
路Arrange the hire of all internal & external plant as required
路Accurately on hire and off hire all plant in putted onto the COUPA system
路Ensure all on and off hire tickets are logged and an audit trail is in place for equipment rentals
路Keep the contract plant trackers up to date
路Actively track the current location of all tools
路Deal with any plant queries and pass on to the relevant managers for signature
路Record all costs of all repairs, losses and damages
路Carry out regular plant audits
路Ensure compliance with all documents, including procedures

Requirements:
路Minimum 2 years experience as a Plant Coordinator
路Experience working and infrastructure projects, ideally within the rail industry
路Knowledge of the PUWER & LOLER regulations
路English and Maths GCSE at grade A-C or above, or equivalent
路A full UK driving licence is desirable as travelling to site is required
路IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package, including good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
