Reed Marketing & Creative is partnering with aĀ rapidly growing, innovation-led agricultural businessĀ to find aĀ Marketing ExecutiveĀ who will play a key role inĀ communications, event planning, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and manageĀ client-facing and franchise events as well as coordinate logistics, communications, and follow-up for each event.
  • Ensure events align with the customer journey and brand messaging.
  • Write and deliverĀ engaging, audience-specific content. Develop internal and external communications that reflect the brand’s tone and values whilst collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Assist in the execution ofĀ traditional marketing campaigns and work with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Support business unit directors and marketing leads in delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Travel toĀ field locationsĀ (counted as onsite days) and gather insights from the field to inform marketing strategies and content.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Agricultural Background: Experience or strong understanding of the agriculture sector is essential—you need to ā€œspeak the languageā€ of the end-users.
  • Event Management Experience: Proven ability to plan and execute events, ideally in a fast-paced or field-based environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Collaborative & Adaptable: Comfortable working across teams in aĀ non-rigid, matrix structure; thrives in a ā€œwork hard, play hardā€ culture.
  • Content Creation Skills: Confident in writing marketing materials, newsletters, and event content that resonate with a rural audience.
  • Fast-Paced & Proactive: Able to manage multiple projects at once and stay ahead in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Personality Fit: Energetic, personable, and culturally aligned with a team that values inclusivity, innovation, and fun.

In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 plus a luxurious Benefits package! This role will be a hybrid role where you will need to be onsite 3 Days a week and there will also be free parking on site.
