My client based in Birmingham B4 is looking for a personal assistant.
-Birmingham B4
-16.41-18.19 per hour depending on experience
-Temporary around 3 months
-Monday to Friday
-09:00-17:00
-Starting ASAP
Main duties:
-Provide a high quality secretarial and organisational support service.
-Effective management of electronic diaries, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as
necessary.
-Provide support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include scheduling, preparing agendas,
pre meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
-Drafting correspondence, memos and reports and preparing presentations.
-Word processing documents from written copy or audio files.
-Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, re-directing or taking messages.
-Organising and maintaining effective filing systems
-Acting as a key liaison point between the senior managers and other key parties, setting up meetings
as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
-Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses.
-Organising arrangements for events.
-Providing cover for other personal assistants or administrative staff as required.
What we're looking for:
-Degree level education or equivalent.
- Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of word processing,
spreadsheet and presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience as a personal assistant.
