Winner Education are seeking an Primary School Teacher for a primary school based in the Castle Brom area of Birmingham. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year. This role is full time and is due to start as soon as possible. This school have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
- Whole class lesson planning
- Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
- Lead and work alongside full time TA working with the class
- Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
The successful Early Years Teacher must:
- Hold QTS status
- Have previous experience within primary school environment
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
- Show strong resilience and patience
