I am recruiting an interim head of finance for a leading organisation on a fully remote basis. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for driving financial strategy, leveraging your expertise in retail, business partnering, and Power BI to propel our organization forward.

Highlights of this role:

Collaborate closely with the Retail Director to provide the business intelligence needed to make informed decisions
Dive deep into data analysis, leveraging your Power BI skills to uncover insights and drive strategic initiatives
Oversee the financial health of retail sites, ensuring efficient operations and strong gross margins

Preferred Requirements:

Multi site Retail experience is essential
Extensive experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of successful business partnering
Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Expertise in managing the month-end reporting process and ensuring the accuracy of financial information
Familiarity with working in a temporary or interim capacity, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the Retail Director and other key stakeholders
