Are you passionate about delivering innovative transport solutions that shape the future of mobility? We're looking for a Swift Senior Project Lead to join one of our clients. This is a pivotal role within the Policy, Strategy and Innovation directorate, leading the delivery of high-impact projects within the Swift Programme-our clients' smart ticketing and mobility innovation initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role is paying up to £27 per hour, and the successful candidate will be based in central Birmingham 2 days per week.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A background in digital projects, apps or transport.
  • Proven experience delivering projects to time and on budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in public sector or grant-funded projects, although it is desirable, it is not essential.
