  • Run payroll operations with precision, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance in every country
  • Lead & develop a team of Payroll Specialists—coaching, supporting, and driving performance
  • Improve and streamline processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance & external vendors to resolve queries and enhance the payroll experience
  • Leverage payroll systems (Workday & ADP preferred) to drive data accuracy and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–7 years of payroll experience across multiple European countries
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday, ADP, or similar HCM/payroll platforms
  • A deep understanding of European payroll legislation
  • Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • A problem-solving mindset, proactive and unflappable in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident leadership skills—you enjoy developing people and building high-performing teams
