About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroller to join our team in Kenilworth. This is a full-time, fully onsite role responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for our organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely submissions, while also supporting the wider finance and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies

  • Handle monthly payroll runs, including data entry, calculation of pay, adjustments, and deductions

  • Prepare and submit P11D's and ensure accurate payrolling of benefits

  • Administer and report on company vehicle benefits, including fuel and mileage calculations

  • Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly

  • Liaise with HMRC and external auditors where required

  • Provide payroll reports and support month-end processes in conjunction with the Finance team

  • Stay updated on legislation and implement necessary payroll process updates

  • Support employee payroll queries professionally and efficiently

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar payroll position, handling end-to-end payroll independently

  • Strong working knowledge of P11D's, payrolling of benefits, and company vehicles

  • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Sage, Iris, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

  • In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in an onsite environment
