We are working with a forward-thinking and inclusive GP practice located in Birmingham, committed to delivering patient-centred care with a strong focus on innovation, prevention, and clinical excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated and clinically driven GP Pharmacist who is either undertaking or has recently completed an Independent Prescriber (IP) course to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medication reviews and support medicines optimisation strategies.
Assist with prescribing audits, repeat prescribing processes, and formulary adherence.
Provide clinical support to GPs and practice staff in managing patients with chronic diseases (e.g., hypertension, asthma, diabetes).
Support patients with medication queries, adherence, and education.
Develop prescribing competencies under supervision (if still completing IP course).
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and practice development.
Requirements:
Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Independent Prescribing course.
