Health and Safety ManagerHome Based, Ideally in the Midlands. UK travel£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Progression + Blue Chip Clients + Company Car + BenefitsDo you have experience working in Health and Safety and knowledge of CDM and are looking for a role where you have full autonomy working within a niche industry?On offer is an excellent opportunity where you will oversee all of the Health and Safety compliance for the company and their clients.The company are international leaders in their industry and work with blue chip clients ranging in size from family run to large multinationals.This would suit someone who has experience / qualifications in Health and Safety looking for a role where they can grow their own team as the company grows.The role:

  • Ensure Internal and external procedures are compliant and in line with safety standards
  • Prepare and complete reports for accidents / safety breaches
  • Conduct training, suggest improvements and manage monitoring systems
  • 80% Visiting Clients sites, 20% WFH / Office
