Role Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll be responsible for inspecting components throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects, and working closely with production teams to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections of pressed components
  • Use a variety of measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, verniers, gauges) to verify dimensions and tolerances
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  • Identify and report non-conformances, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
  • Ensure compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a quality inspection role within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of tool pressing processes and metal components
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
