Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and coordinate the Design Team.
- Oversee contract administration for assigned projects.
- Engage in key commercial activities and Business Development.
- Mentor and lead in the delivery of technical work, with a strong emphasis on BIM and Revit.

Essential Requirements:

- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
- Approx. 5-10 years' experience in similar roles.
- Comprehensive project experience across all RIBA work stages.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, planning, and building regulations.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM and Revit.
- A robust portfolio showcasing previous project work.
