Location: UK-wide travel + weekly time in Birmingham

We're recruiting for a values-led, delivery-focused business looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts & Projects Manager to oversee a national portfolio of sites, each supported by a dedicated engineer or team.
You'll be the key point of contact for both the client and your engineers, with a real opportunity to drive standards, performance, and commercial results.
What you'll be doing:
Leading a team of site-based engineers across multiple UK locations
Managing testing programmes, compliance works, and remedial projects
Building trusted relationships with clients and spotting commercial opportunities
Quoting and tendering for electrical works across your portfolio
Ensuring safe working practices and conducting regular site audits/toolbox talks
Taking full commercial ownership of each contract, including forecasting, budgets, and invoicing
What you'll need:
A relevant electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)
Proven experience managing electrical contracts and leading teams
Strong knowledge of compliance, RAMS, and H&S procedures
Confidence in quoting and managing the commercial side of contracts
Excellent communication and leadership skills both client-facing and internal
The flexibility to travel across the UK and spend time in Birmingham weekly
