A globally recognised, independent Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Birmingham office and step into a high-impact role with clear progression to Senior.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of complex, high-value projects across healthcare, hotel, residential, and commercial sectors - from ground-up builds to intricate refurbishments.

You'll lead full project lifecycles, reporting to a Senior QS while mentoring Assistant QSs and sharpening your leadership skills. Expect real responsibility, client interaction, and the chance to shape outcomes on high-profile schemes.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • 4+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment
  • MRICS or actively working towards
  • Varied project / sector experience is beneficial
  • Strong pre & post contract experience
