Freelance Quantity Surveyor - High-Rise Resi - Birmingham City Centre

Seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious high-rise residential scheme in Birmingham City Centre.

You'll be responsible for the full commercial management of key packages, including budgeting, procurement, variations, and cost control.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven high-rise residential QS experience (schemes £30m+).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of contract forms (JCT, NEC).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading developer on a landmark project.

Project Details: Birmingham City Centre, High-Rise Residential. Duration: 9 Months

Day Rate:£350 - £400 Outside IR35
