Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of commercial and residential projects, with key responsibilities in cost planning, procurement, budget management, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage cost plans and budgets throughout project lifecycles
- Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
- Monitor project costs and advise on financial progress
- Administer contracts and manage valuations and variations
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and the wider project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally across multiple sectors
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
