We're working with a forward-thinking civils contractor in Birmingham, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative team culture, they're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis.
 
 
Job Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in the commercial management of civil engineering projects from pre-contract through to final account. You'll be involved in cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and managing subcontractor packages. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work from home, on-site, and in the office. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who brings with them a strong understanding of the industry and the network to match.

Requirements
·Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
·Proven experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
·Well-networked within the industry with excellent market knowledge
·Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
·Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
