Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established family run business?

The company you will be working for are delivering projects from contract inception to completion ranging from 5,000 to 6 million. Providing refurbishment and new build projects for the Public Sector, Health Authorities, Education, Retail, Property Management and Blue Chip companies.

As Quantity surveyor your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting accurate cost estimates, budget management, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and timely cost advice.
  • Analyzing contracts, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing detailed bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Monitoring project progress and variations, ensuring alignment with budgetary and contractual requirements.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our cost management processes.
