About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of commercial and residential projects, with key responsibilities in cost planning, procurement, budget management, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage cost plans and budgets throughout project lifecycles
  • Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement processes
  • Monitor project costs and advise on financial progress
  • Administer contracts and manage valuations and variations
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and the wider project team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally across multiple sectors
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
