Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor - multi-disciplinary Consultancy - Birmingham
We have a new Quantity Surveyor opportunity in Birmingham with an independent firm of chartered surveyors. This firm prides itself on it's approach offering a personal yet highly professional range of specialist services to owner-occupiers, tenants, investors and developers of commercial real estate across the UK. Their consultants are highly results-driven and focused on service delivery with this ranging from project services through to cost consultancy and dilapidations.
Their cost Consultancy team provides a full Quantity Surveying service across the full project lifecycle. We are looking for a experienced Quantity Surveyor who can produce highly accurate cost plans and a full pre and post Quantity Surveying solution to clients. Working with the QS team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of this service and will be able to work with a wide range of clients. Recent / current work includes a number of commercial office fitouts, a leisure / hotel portfolio, a number of new build industrial schemes as well as a wealth of other projects in education and retail for example.
Team members are further incentivised by a bonus derived from their performance, as well as the company's.
